今年3月時，罹患乳癌的女星朱芯儀透過個人頻道，宣布自己病情時，朱俐靜還特別現身留言「一起加油」，如今傳出朱俐靜不敵病魔過世，消息曝光後震驚各界。事實上，朱俐靜年僅40歲，屬於年輕型乳癌患者，營養師劉怡里就呼籲，其實只要透過均衡的飲食、規律的運動、少使用塑膠製品等，有機會預防乳癌發生。

藝人朱芯儀說，「為什麼今天我沒有假髮，因為我今天假髮拿去送洗了，所以我今天必須要以就是，帽子的部分跟你們見面。」

藝人朱芯儀，在今年三月時，宣布罹患乳癌，自拍治療影片，同時也不忘分享自己當初，發現的種種跡象。

藝人朱芯儀說，「發現好像有一個一顆東西的感覺，這時候我就有點緊張。」

當時同樣正在對抗乳癌的病友朱俐靜，也曾現身在底下留言，一起加油，如今傳出朱俐靜離世噩耗，朱芯儀沉痛在臉書發文，相信你是去一個無痛苦的地方，你已經很勇敢了，真的，希望那裡可以讓你自由歌唱。短短四句悼念文，讓外界相當不捨。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 營養師劉怡里說，「避開高油飲食，尤其是動物性油脂來源，因為裡面飽和脂肪酸比較高，會造成身體的發炎反應，也比較容易誘發乳癌發生。」

營養師劉怡里就呼籲，平時減少高溫烹調，使用塑膠製品，肥胖也是危險因子，控制體重。至於飲食方面的話，多攝取蛋白質食物，像是鯖魚、秋刀魚、虱目魚、鮭魚，十字花科類的，高麗菜、小白菜、花椰菜、白蘿蔔，高纖類的，薏仁、糙米、燕麥、黑木耳、綜合菇類等，能降低身體發炎機率，乳癌的發生。

營養師劉怡里說，「自己在家做菜時候烹調用油，還是來自於植物油比較安全一點，也避開高溫烹調，預防乳癌從飲食裡面做個改善，定期去檢查，這樣才可以去預防乳癌發生。」

提醒婦女，在生理期結束後一個星期，可以用指腹自我檢查，及早發現、及早治療，才不會耽誤病情。
