仔細看，你或身邊的人耳朵靠近臉頰處，有沒有小黑洞？藝人邵雨薇曾在FB分享自己的耳朵特寫，除了耳環與耳洞外，還可看出接近臉部的地方，有個黑色小洞。她說這是「耳前廔管」，「這是一種先天性畸形，平時不會有事，但被感染的話就會很難治療。」實際上，耳前廔管雖發生率僅2.5%，你身邊的人或許就有。

耳前廔管感染 臉部潰爛

近日有位60多歲男性，臉部右半邊突然紅腫，僅短短一週臉部明顯潰爛，前往高雄醫學大學附設醫院求助。醫師發現他是因為耳前廔管感染。

高醫整形外科主任黃書鴻醫師表示，耳前廔管的特色是耳朵上有個小黑洞，有時輕壓會出現分泌物，平時不會疼痛也沒有症狀。「就像個大痘痘在這，但那不是痘痘，是耳前廔管。」

黃書鴻醫師表示，耳前廔管是先天性疾病，發生率為2.5%，每百人大約有2到3人有耳前廔管。患者幼年時，耳朵就會出現這小洞。有的話不必擔心，只要洗澡時擦乾淨，不可搓揉導致發炎，偶而檢查有沒有分泌物，或是游泳後仔細看有沒有發炎。

手術可根治 成年後常感染再處理

黃書鴻醫師以患者的腦部X光解說，提到正常耳朵旁邊應該是密合的，但有耳前廔管的人並非密合，因此內部潰爛長膿。「這位60多歲男性的臉部顳葉到頭部附近都有空氣，代表感染擴大，臉部完全發炎潰爛，需要緊急手術。」同時因這位先生有糖尿病，免疫力低下，耳前廔管感染速度特別快，才會造成這狀況。

耳前廔管能夠以手術切除。
