日本產經新聞報導，林芳正出席7日在比利時布魯塞爾舉行的北大西洋公約組織（NATO）外長會議，他在會中提及俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭時表示，有國家直接或間接支持俄羅斯的侵略行為，這是值得擔憂的狀況，中國至今也遲未譴責俄國入侵烏克蘭。
